Clinical Leadership
Gloria Osa is an actively practising NMC-registered adult nurse providing strategic clinical leadership and oversight of nursing services at Quartz Nurses. She is responsible for clinical governance, professional nursing standards, patient safety and quality assurance, guiding the development and delivery of advanced and complex nursing services in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Her leadership ensures that all care delivered is safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred.

To promote safe care for our clients, Quartz Nurses uses robust clinical governance, risk assessment, competency checks and escalation procedures.
Rigorously Trained & Inducted Staff
Every nurse undergoes an intensive induction process including mandatory, task-specific clinical training and closely monitored shadow shifts to verify practical competence before delivering care independently.
Continuous Competency Tracking
All nurses undergo annual, structured competency reassessments for technical clinical tasks to ensure standards are consistently maintained.
24/7 Clinical Escalation
Quartz Nurses operates a 24/7 clinical escalation and on-call arrangement to support field staff and respond to urgent clinical or operational concerns.
Emergency Safety Protocols
We maintain explicit emergency protocols for critical scenarios including tracheostomy displacement, oxygen failure, and IV complications.
Evidence-Based Practice
Clinical practice is aligned with the NMC Code and relevant evidence-based professional and clinical guidance, including RCN standards where applicable.
